I am so excited about a little exercise that I have just started working on – and I am loving the results!!  Write down the 4 words that describe who you are and/or how you want to feel about yourself EVERY DAY for the rest of your life! Repeat your 4 words to yourself EACH MORNING when you wake up and several times throughout your day. I will be sharing my results periodically and I would love to hear all about yours!  JOIN ME!
