How to Create a Well-Developed Business Success Team

Did you know that a cutting edge business growth strategy includes a well-developed Success Team?  The value in creating a “Business Success Team” is that it will provide you with an awareness, newness, and balance that will consistently keep your business growth in the forefront of your mind.
So what is a Business Success Team? There are 6 Ingredients in the recipe of a Cutting Edge “Business Success Team”
The first Ingredient is participating in Personal and Business Development …..Live events.  Attending live events that expand your knowledge in your field will build you into a valuable leader that others want to follow.
The second Ingredient is identifying solid Referral Partners.  Choose 2-3 Individuals that you share a common target market with and meet 1-2 times each month to discuss how you can help each other in your businesses.
The Third Ingredient is establishing a relationship with a Mentor.  Checking in with a trail-blazer in your field every other week will keep you inspired to reach for your absolute best.
The fourth Ingredient is to Participate in a Mastermind group.  If you haven’t been part of a mastermind group – you are really missing out.  Most mastermind groups have 4-7 members. The best format encourages group idea sessions for each of the members.  You will easily walk away with 1-2 ideas that you can use immediately!
The fifth Ingredient is to Hire a coach.  Most people believe – just as I did – that we can solve our own problems.  But what I discovered is that our problems and concerns need to be verbalized and evaluated with an outside specialist to really move from stuck to opportunity.
The sixth and final Ingredient is attending Networking Events.  If you choose wisely how you spend your time networking and understand your purpose when attending each event you will reap rewards from your efforts.  Choose from a chamber of commerce, rotary, prof. specialty organizations, or a BNI just to name a few – also consider joining an association where all of the members are in your target market – for example – if you are focusing on real estate agents – join your Local board of realtors
